1. Pre-launch status
Fika Send is a pre-launch product. We are not currently offering any financial services, including but not limited to money transmission, remittances, deposit accounts, currency exchange, or payment processing. Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation, or agreement to provide such services. Fika Send is not a licensed bank.
2. The waitlist
By submitting your email address, you consent to Fika Send storing it for the sole purpose of contacting you about product availability and launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not create any account, customer relationship, or entitlement to future services.
3. Website use
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or third-party email addresses without permission.
4. No advice
Content on this site is not financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Any forward-looking statements about future Fika Send features are subject to change and to obtaining required licenses and partnerships.
5. Intellectual property
The Fika Send name, logo, and site content are owned by Fika Send Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fika Send Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.
7. Changes
These terms will be replaced by full product terms before Fika Send begins offering any regulated services. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
