1. Pre-launch product
Fika Send is a pre-launch product. We are not currently offering any financial, banking, payment, remittance, or money-transfer services. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide such services. Any references to future features describe our intended product roadmap only.
2. What we collect
During this pre-launch phase, the only personal information we collect is the email address you voluntarily submit through our waitlist form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, government IDs, financial account details, or payment information.
Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address and user agent) for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use your email
We use waitlist email addresses solely to:
- Notify you when Fika Send launches or opens early access.
- Share occasional product updates related to the waitlist.
- Respond to messages you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with advertisers.
4. Data storage
Waitlist emails are stored securely with our infrastructure provider. You may request removal at any time by emailing hello@fikasend.com.
5. Children
Fika Send is not directed to children under 13.
6. Changes
As we approach launch and begin offering regulated services, this policy will be updated substantially. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes.
